A quick update on my side, @AlejandroGarcia has refunded my purchase of ubve.com and wohp.com. I have refunded the buyer of ubve.com but will need to track down the buyer of wohp.com to give them a refund as well. That way I am not in the middle of this mess...

Concerned about Fast Transfer

I've been wondering the same things for a few years.... I only approve fast transfer for domains I am adding to Afternic right then. Some registrars take hours to enable the option for Afternic Fast Transfer so I just leave those disabled.

Naive? They were available for registration, I registered, and now they are taking them back. I guess you don't see the issue?

I list BIN on all... never had an issue with double selling in over a decade. Like you said though,, just remember to remove a sold domain from all once it is paid for.

opinion Who lists buy now everywhere.

I'm probably losing money by having BINs and not sure on the increase in sales. I honestly hate having to make an offer for a domain so I feel like others may feel the same and potentially avoid making an offer on a domain they really want.
