Exactly! The purchase that was flagged and refunded was WHOIS protection for just $10 or so. My other purchases over the last 3 months alone were easily 50 times as much- Points: 4

Thanks for all the responses and help guys. I'm sure starting the credit card chargeback is probably a deal breaker and yes it can be cancelled. I'm not willing to cancel it though as I cannot be given a 100% guarantee that I will get my domains back. The support staff and call center agents...- Points: 4

Update (probably final): Bank has confirmed credit card dispute has been finalized. Managed to retrieve most of the money spent in the last 3 months. Probably a 0% chance of anything more happening. Wow solid portfolio. Almost every one I would appraise in the mid $x,xxx range. (Except possibly some of the lottery Domains). For all 53, maybe an average of 53*$7500. Very Possibly higher. Some of them like attorneys will fetched $xx,xxx while I feel some of the lottery ones are worth less- Points: 3

I believe you could be correct about the refund vs chargeback story as although the bank said that it was finalized a few days ago, it only was transferred into my account yesterday. Domains like Sudan.com and Zimbabwe.com sold for $xxx,xxx and they aren't very highly acclaimed destinations. I am sure an exact country name in .com is easily worth mid $xx,xxx. The .ie extension is worth much less than the .com I believe- Points: 2
