GoDaddy does not offer support via email, only by telephone and online chat.

It's about 80 days from when it expires to when it becomes available 'to the public'. Prior to that, it will be available on GoDaddy Auctions for bids. You could expect to see it in auction no later than 30-45 days after expiration. It will "drop" if the auction receives no bidding activity...
