advice About expired domain's content
Copyright is very different than a domain expiration. A copyright can still exist. You should always ask permission to report word for word information or an exact duplicate content of someone else's work. I hope this was helpful. Best Regards, Jennifer- Points: 2

Am I Selling Myself Short?
The trademark is still tagged as "LIVE" and active. For you, if you owned the domain before the trademark existed, it would not be an issue. For others, it would not be a prudent buy because there would possibly be a UDRP issue with the domain.- Points: 1

GoDaddy does not practice consistent policies. If there is a bid on an expired domain, it is removed from a GoDaddy account on Day 30 nowadays. Won .Com Domain @ GD Expired At Auctions - Can Owner Renew it?
They have recently changed a domain renewal policy from 42 days to 30 days for the domain owner. If someone bids on the domain on the 30th day of the expiration, it is removed from the domain owners account.- Points: 1
