Thanks a lot for your input the dot stop! I figured that this will be the case but i'm thinking someone might get mad at me and say "Hey, how come you're selling it when you can't transfer it to my registrar yet?" Your post encouraged me to go ahead. :) Thanks again!

How to transfer domain 1and1 to Namecheap

NO you don't cancel... just follow the steps mosilager mentioned. Be patient. Sometimes it takes more than a week long for the transfer to take place. Namecheap has a good cust service. You may contact them if you have more questions.

Is it ok to put domains less than 2 mos old in an auction? or to list it for Sale? I understand it is forbidden to transfer a domain to another registrar (for 60days) after the first registration or after the last transfer. Hence, I'm asking the question. Any inputs, specially from someone...
