interviews I'm on DomainSherpa this week: "Russian Domain Yielded $61K Gross Profit"

It was a privilege to be interviewed by Mike Cyger for his excellent show. Check it out if you haven't yet. Rod Atkinson posted a “looking for Russian speaker” on NamePros and built a friendship with another member who helped with a domain name purchase. Later, that friendship paid major...

I havent shared any of my sales in quite a while, so I guess I'll share a recent .co Skai/.co Registered 2/20/2018 for $3. Sold 9/22/18 via Afternic: $2000 Afternic sales have been rare for me. I list all names as make offer on platforms, and I don't even like to respond when they ask me to...

    $100k a year

I started this year with about 80 names and I just hit 400 names, 85% handregs. Most of my domains have been acquired since June. I dont spend alot on acquisitions and only have about 6 names I've spent over $100 on. None over $750. I dont have any whopping sales, but I try to get at least $1200...

I am having the most amazing week!! Ali Zandi's domainsherpa interview inspired me to go for it this week. Since my Mondays $750 sale, which had been my tie for biggest sale. I have sold 2 more domains for HUGE ROI. One I regged exactly 7 days ago with a $2.49 godaddy discount code. Sold for...

I need some help with serious GoDaddy/Afternic issue!

I'm extremely pissed off right now. Yesterday morning I randomly got an email that a domain I own was canceled from my GoDaddy account. This happens sometimes when a domain is sold through afternic. Domain is just moved from my account and I get that email, then get the afternic domain sold...

Now this is a great enduser

I can't share too much detail, but there is a 4 letter .com I negotiated the sale of with an enduser a few months ago. Their initial offer started at $3500 if I recall correctly. We went back and forth for a couple of weeks and ended up at 70k for a domain holding transaction and monthly...

various Report Completed Domain Name Sales Here

I make a list every morning of dropped available names I like and might reg based on filters I like. (Doing my morning search now) I just bought it because it was a nice short brandable with wordplay on a short phrase. I dont even bother with pending drop names most of the time. I work alot...

EFTY.com - Have you had any sales thru their landing pages?

All of my domains have efty landers and I have been using it since the beta. To me, it's exactly the solution I needed. I get lots of offers. I turn down alot and I sell alot. About 95 percent of my name's are "make offer" with no buy now button. I have my almost all domains listed on Sedo...

I need some help with serious GoDaddy/Afternic issue!

Not sure why this thread was moved to marketplace reviews which buries the topic. This is a serious domain security issue that impacts almost all who use GoDaddy, afternic or any fast transfer network domain registrar. I didn't even list the domain in afternic.

various Report Completed Domain Name Sales Here

I started testing out .co last year. I might buy a couple hundred at a time when there is a great sale going on for like a few bucks. Then hold them for a year. I don't renew them though because of the renewal costs. They have done very well for me, but I wouldn't be holding them for 3x the...
