Yes, we got scammed also. Does anyone know the right way to submit a complaint against SAV to ICANN? We need to get them shut down. This has wasted so much time. In our case, SAV is refusing to remove the "clientHold" status.

Our issue is that we purchased a domain name from SAV, but they have it on a "clientHold" status - We contacted support, but they have claimed that we should be able to use the domain with our own DNS, which is not true -- DNSIMPLE told us that we can't use the domain as long as a registrar has...
