What a zany thread - why would anyone list a domain for $100 (minus 15-25% commission), especially a 2-word .COM that actually makes sense? Usually I would say "just sell it" but $100 for that domain looks like an obvious typo error.

1) Does it exactly match your core brand? i.e. Cardinal Publishing = Cardinal or Aura Cosmetics = Aura, etc.
2) Is it a .COM, and if not, is it your country's ccTLD or even a prominent...
That's why you never respond to these hobos, as anyone looking to actually buy the domain will put up some kind of offer. These tire kickers are a waste of time and I never respond to price inquiries without a firm and serious offer.
You should be able to see any buyer offer (that is over your stated minimum) in the Dashboard under Lead Center. Anything under your minimum bid will be $0.
I also don't recommend responding to price requests for "leads" that have a low or $0...
It's a pronounceable 4-letter .COM so it's worth mid 4-figures at the very least, so I agree, if hobos send over a couple of 3-figure offers, either delete them or send them a real counter.
