Sorry to go on a tangent OP.
From my experience and I've wasted thousands of $ : Forget about landers and pricing, none of that will make a difference if you have a solid name worth atleast 4 fig+. Think about this from the buyers POV, No one...
Even with a transaction log, it shows how an insider threat can create chaos for owners. Imagine all the other domains that owners did not notice? Registrar should start to take asset security more seriously. Perhaps a 3rd party insurance company...
Ideally the Registry should justify their fee by providing built in security services, just taking 9$ for a db entry in and out with 88% profit(?) is absurd. But will they? I doubt it. Monopolies don't listen to little ants needs.
Since Registrars are not required to provide 24/7 security monitoring for your domain beyond ICANN mandated policies which were written in 2009/2010 respectively, plus they do not seem to mandate any insider threat policies. Let me ask you a...
You have some on Afternic for sale pages. I'd suggest you put your own landing pages and collect your own leads., or use Namepros landing pages or Spaceship landing pages to actually see the demand.
If you have no urgency to sell, then you can...
Don't spend more than you can afford. It's a lottery, odds are even worse nowadays with so many TLDs.

most of the replies seems to be about "Managing", my question was "Monitoring" how do you guys know if all your domains are pointing to where they should be? If you created landing page to parking or for sale DNS, are you sure the parking/landing...
It shouldn't matter where they are from as long as you can do business with them legally from where you are. That said, don't dwell on the decision, they can walk away too, as it looks like the brand is in the future according to you. There will...
It's nameservers are not consistant and resolution is indeed failing due to bad DS records - cached DNS from my cellular provider is working fine redirecting me to Afternic landing page. Anyway, it's not a NP problem.
Hope it's ok to give feedback here?
There was default search terms in the search bar when I landed on this page, then clicked the results - see screenshot. The exit link takes me to a dead page, typing the domain in the URL bar of my browser...
Is the offer direct from the buyer or via an agent? If from a buyer then investigate them and see if your domain is part of a bigger/smaller project they're working on then price accordingly. If it from an agent, god help you! they don't care...
