First let me register some good .in, then I don't care whether you join the bandwagon or not.
Majority in India access internet on mobile.
You can install a limited number of apps on your smart phone.
Hence, domains will always be there.
But, short domains, characters as well as numeric will have a head start for mobile users

Dynadot just doesn't seem to work...
The obvious reason is that these codes are not meant to be released in public.
You can contact your godaddy rep for a discount, they will apply the code to your shopping cart without revealing the code.
