Check out our local blog / ezine site

I would go with what cappal said make more white space and try to work on the logo. Also for me the menu font size is a little too small.

How Much to Charge for Ad Space?

As glaxxon said it all depends on the traffic your blog gets. You could compare your blog with those on buysellads to see how much are they charging for ads (for different size).

Need Help to Fix a CSS issue!! Urgent!!!

It can be left as a shade of gray (maybe something like the top of the page) or play with a different color with the same saturation as the one you got right now - play around and stick with the one you like.

[Please Review]Webmasteradvices.com Improve your website's rank in Google.

The site looks nice, some small things that I would change 1. remove the dots in lists under SEO SERVICES 2. background for the content under heading is wider then the heading line some usability advice: use unobtrusive JavaScript to change the text size. Good luck

OnlineTemplates.org revamp

Looks good, what I would suggest is to make a lightbox version. I guess many wold like to view the larger version first and then go into details if they like it.
