Hi.. I have an investor asking to buy this domain from me and he is asking for a price, I don't know what to ask for? I don't want to ask too much or he will not buy it but I dont want to ask too little either for obvious reasons... what should I ask?

Thanks

how do you know it's an investor?

could be someone like you, who, doesn't know value or how to "ask" for what they want for a domain.

1. you make tooooo many assumptions about what an inquirer will do.

if they used energy to contact you, then how do you know how much more energy they will put into getting the domain?

and here you are...scared to ask for too much cuz you think he will not buy it.

ask for $1,850.00, if that's too much, then ask for $185.00

why buy or register a domain and not know what to do when someone contacts you....is beyond, beyond

use this tool:

get a 36 inch by 36 in piece of cardboard, cut in a circle, draw a clock, draw line from noon to 6, from 3 to 9, and so on., then fill in the spaces with prices.

paste it on the wall, get some darts, and when someone contacts you in the future.....wherever the dart lands will be the price.

:)

Good Luck!

imo....

BIGGIE...I love your answer. Personally I don't think it's a REAL offer. Out of 10's of millions why would someone want this? It's such a negative sounding domain, who would want it?

SammyJayJay...the person who asked you to dance starts the negotiation. IF he contacted you, he makes FIRST offer...BTW, don't communicate with a buyer through free email. Ask him to write through their company email.
