Maybe people don't want to appraise 3 names in one go.

These are what's know as "brandable" domains.
As opposed to generic keyword domains.
Brandables are basically impossible to quantify.

"Cup coffee" is used by 2 establishments in the world: one in Brisbane, Australia, the other in Portland, OR.
They won't be needing a .co.uk domain.
$RegFee.

"First coffee" is not used by anyone, but is highly brandable for a roaster, a cafe, etc.
$RegFee to high $xxx. Depends on the right end user finding you.

The words "golden cafe" are used in several business names in the UK (none have a site).
Mid $xx to low $xxx (end user).
