I've got a few others I'll add to this thread tonight, any thoughts on these three though? :O

FindMeRealEstate.com - Offer it to the owner(s) of FindMeRealEstate.us for $100.
MakingNetMoney.com - Offer it to internet marketers and MLM people for $250.
LeadershipNetworks.com - Can't see a market or monetization path. $RegFee.
