The LLLL.com sales and discussion thread

Hello, I think it would be pretty useful to keep track of all LLLL.com sales , even the little ones under $100 so that , pretty soon , when the available LLLL.com will be finished , we`ll have a better idea on market prices.

It is important that these sales are confirmed. So before to post, make sure payment went OK.

I will start with todays` Sedo confirmed sales:

Also, I found interesting to see this average LLLL, getting bids up to $51 and reserve not me. It says it all.

And as quad premiums were going for $9 or reg fee and now go for minimun $400, the same will happen with the rest of LLLL.com but some people pretend to happen it overnight or it`s not good enought... :bah:

Just picked up iabd for $395 at sedo . Very happy with this pick up since there is a lot of potential end users and a quad premium under 400! Also ircb just ended at $363 on sedo as well and seems like a great pickup by the buyer.


DOLG.com is at $1410 with less than an hour to go on sedo as well.

Thanks . I usually don't have much luck on Sedo when it comes to buying as well. However I've noticed that the timing of the auction is key and could be the cause of a great or poor end result. Auctions ending on Tue-Thu from 11am est to 8pm est usually get more attention and bids. Auctions ending during certain Holidays (Easter for example as last weekends sales showed), late at night or during the weekend usually don't get as much exposure since people tend to be away from their computers during that time.

Yes, that is why me on New Years Eve was sitting looking for auctions ... .. but had no luck then .... though somebody got some very big steals on ebay if I recall correctly. Timing is everything.

My worst Sedo sales yet ..

ircb, iabd, mbec and ecbd.com .. Terrible ..

But I'm the stupid one, who starts auctions who ends on a saturday .. Oh well, I still made a few bucks, so it's all good ..

:bingo: Finally someone else said it. I have been thinking the same thing the whole time. I would rather have RHIF than FFFJ or whatever other triple. I dont see the point, the only people that are going to buy those off you are collectors. It is the only thing missing from my LLLL.com collection and I dont think they are worth the money. As far as rarity goes, yes, but potential for end user sales- about half as much as a quad premium. You can pretty much get 2 quads for one trip these days, much more worth it in my opinion.

I usually don't disclose the price, unless I buy domains in a public auction etc. I think I got a good deal, buy I didn't but it cheap either.
