Can you get them for reg fee or is Adam's Names still holding out for $500 payments?

In answer to your question, I think that a lot of domainers have been burned by high renewal fees for short domains from exotic islands and the interest in these style names has cooled down in the past few years. NN.CC and LL.CC are awesome though and probably worth low-mid $XXX. CC.CC have been hovering around the $100 price range for a couple years. You can usually find somebody who will pay $100 if you look but I don't expect them to grow in value in a rush.
