If you have never used a server with webmin, or even a server at all, it will be quite a challenge to get started. Webmin is very basic and not used for a hosting environment. The basic use of Webmin is to make server administration easier.

There is no mysql limited. Ravencore is not the easiest control panel but it is user friendly. Many customers from NP use it on their VPS with us, 95% of them are happy with it. Since a VPS and Dedicated server allow you full access, there are no limitations as you can set everything yourself.
