Value of Domain Hacks

Here's my question..what is the value of domain hack? I've seen some good domain hack and i was wondering about the value of it. I myself own one and i'm not sure whether or not i should get more. I haven't seen any sale of domain hack. Why do we register domain hack? Is it because the domain looks cool or because there's a potential end user who's willing to buy such domain?

How about a subdomain hack?

The domain is Terdam.com which, itself looks alright to start with but when you create a subdomain "Ams" and "Rot" you end up with two big cities in the Netherlands.

Ams.terdam.com and Rot.terdam.com

I don't think it has a ton of value, I just think it is interesting.

I'm not a fan of semi-hack (I call it semi rather than sub) but if you can optimize it base on those two geo locations that would be great.

I have ca.pe and I used Cape Cod as the keywords and it's getting some traffic and click in park page. The domain is only a month old.

The one in bold is your best one. Some of these aren't really hacks, though.

I found lots of domain hacks are registered right now.

I think of registering a .rs domain, but $50/year needs me to think about it. But the day after the domain hack was gone :o

It is not easy to find a good hack unless you buy the domain hack from the owner or purchase the snapping expired domain services

It is true that a lot of these domain hacks had been regged. I've noticed also when you look at the owner of these hacks a lot I have seen are own by big companies. I've seen Tucows own some of them.

I had 3 hacks that were deactivated because if you don't renew two months prior to expiration it will be expired and I lost 3 of them. They were snapped right away. I thought no one is really going to pay attention with these hacks and I should be able to get them back once they dropped but it didn't happen.

I am waiting for a domain dropped today , its a marking keyword domain hack.

The domain has been registered for 8 years until it is expired on April. I have acquired snapping domain company for the domain. Hope I can got it

Did anyone registered .me domain hack?? :imho:

one is LLL.ccTLD and the other 2 are LLLL.ccTLD.

It is difficult to find when the .pe domain is dropped.

I saw ho.pe is expired in the previous time, but now changed back to active..

Ho.pe was in my cart when it was available but by the time I got home to reg it was no longer available.
