Seller did not want to deliver the domain at the agreed price

Dan cancelled my domain name purchase and now the domain is listed for sale at a higher price. I didn't know that a seller could do this and relist at a higher price.

If the seller doesn't perform Dan should at least kick them off the platform.

I saw it for sale on Afternic but thought I would buy it on Dan. It was a lower price on Dan. The payment was made. I suppose since Godaddy owns Dan then they will give a warning to the seller. Seller has match the price at both venues.
