$2k is A LOT of money for a site with those statistics, and especially that revenue... which seems a bit too high.

Are those articles unique? Do you own the rights to them?

Because a quick browse, they have pretty bad grammar, and poor layout. Almost like they were sourced and reposted from somewhere?

Is there value? Yes... but not at the valuations that can currently support it.

Will be watching this one in the future to see how it grows.
