Please include your main domain name in emails/support tickets.

Order Procedure:
Look at the cost of the NP plan and send the NP over.
In the comments box, please add these details :
1. Plan wanted
2. Domain name
3. Username (8 characters max)
4. Password
5. Contact Email

If we lack any of these details, we will PM you for it.
To ensure the fastest possible setup, please do not exclude any details.

Payment Details :
You will pay for the full term for the first month.
For the second month, you will pay a adjusted term on the 1st of the month.
From the third month onwards, you will be paying the full fees on the 1st.

EG. Plan registered on 24th, you will be pay (30-24) * plan fees.

Why? We do this to simplify billing, for you and for us.

We are not associated with NamePros, Inc.

Sorry for the trouble, I was really busy handling something else.

Everything is back up, next time for quicker response, submit a support ticket (register first).
I get notified via mobile and will get to a computer if I deem fit.

This was a DNS problem so my IP-based tracker didn't catch it.
I will take note of it in future.

Apparently yum decided to override my custom PHP install with a package.
Blocked that package off now, so it's working again.

We have detected a HTTP webserver error and are working hard to resolve it.

If you noticed, we wiped the database and recreated it.
Someone was spamming the old system, so we got a more secure support system.

It's up...
Some addon domains have been recently suspended due to CPU overusage (we don't want to affect your main sites).

Before recreating the addon domains, make sure to check for intensive scripts.

If we were to get a 2GB/20GB plan for 200, could we later upgrade the plan at the same rate for say 4GB/40GB for 400 or 10GB/100GB for 1000?

sorry for posting again, but i have sent payment to jerometan yesterday together with pm with details. Sent him another pm today and a post here...no reply at all....is he out of business or what? I read several post on fast setting of accounts... I didn teven receive a miserable e-mail...not looking to good I hope i get wrong...anyway please let me know jerome, so that i can setup an account with another company... :alien:
