Just For Today Meditations is close to being a two year old website, where it is basically a Daily Readings for people that use for a spiritual life in or out of Recovery. We currently post about 18 meditations daily. The reason for us to sell is because of my health issues.
I have done some search on what it is worth, have came up with a few differences. From $20.00 USD up to $19,000.00 USD
The traffic last month was well over 7,000 visits, indexed regularly all day, it would be a very good investment for someone interested to be able to take it to the next level.
Many backlinks to it, google ranking of 1 but I think that is off, has statcounter.com/p5866210/summary stat counter in place
I just want a fair price I would hate to make a minimum and than not have anything. It uses wordpress, has a vbulletin forums but the vbulletin was just set up and it can't be transferred. Has about 200 members and has much to offer with mp3 speaker tapes, sobriety calculator, some information regarding how it all got started and much more.
Webhosting without cost to myself was around $400.00 USD so I would suppose I would like to at least get $500.00 USD for rights to database, files, and domain. All after payment is made.
