Id like to say the owner of webhostingmasters is being sued for fraud and misrepresenting of a contract. He over stated numbers , customer base, subscriptions, He said last week he was refunding our downpayment , i even took money out of pocket for the new server becasue he said this is what needed to be done to grow the business which i agreed, well income doesnt meet the debt, at this point i have egg on my face becasue i should have stayed away from a 15 year old kid, at this point iam suing him but itll end up in his parents lap , ill lien there house , cars, and itll sit at 18-22% interest. I hate being a jerk but this kid lied to get the down payment and then hasnt turned up the number he showed, he use the paypal account for selling items on ebay but claimed it as revenue with me. At this point untill this settles, i have 50 servers on my rack i will keep what customer base there is if you want to come over. Please email me if you want me to set you up on new server, ill give you rvskins, fantastico, sitebuilder for coming over, we are out thousands and hes going to pay , Thank you email me at

If we want to be set up on a new server, what are the implications besides having to chnage all nameservers?

We will need to set people up on new billing yes, i didnt take over webhostingmasters, i did for 4 weeks but after the true financials came out it is not close to the real truth , the server is due on the 17th of the month i want to keep resellers or customers in a good secure place, i do not think this guy will honor the server contract in the new center, iam here to help any customers of webhostingmasters , i can move you over, please email me or pm me

I wouldnt bash Billy so much, he has kept whm going.. seeing as this cs helpdesk setup by allreseller got me no responce, ever... but billy sorted issues that went unanswered on cshelpdesk.. plus on the allreseller site is says 2000clients, on your post above it says 5000... and for 5000k clients you'd think you wouldnt be using a free aol email to do your business...

i dont think things add up and think billy is taking alot of abuse for things beyond his control

1. How much to move over to you? monthly? yearly? Is there a setup fee?

2. Do I still get the same package in terms space/bandwidth, and all other features?

3. Is the cshelpdesk working? I have sent 3 messages. Only one was answered.

well we own webuyhosts.com , just because allreseller has 2k customers under it doesnt mean we dont operate other brands, and personal aol email? what you dont go home to relax at night and turn on the home system to troll the internet? i think billiy should be hung and an example shown of his inability , but agian its not his issue he will be grounded and he cant use the phone, his parents will have to spend money defending this crap , he agreed to give my money back cancel the deal then yesterday day said nope , he doesnt want his company. He will pay , one way or another and who might you be anyway? a playground buddy? sir p?

My reseller, blindweaver.com, is also still stuck on WHM servers. How much does it cost to have it moved over?
