I've look through some of the threads already here and if I was interested in the site I contacted you.

I have a budget of $1,500 right now. I'm looking to spend that on one or two sites, no more.

Your site must be making at least $100 / month (this should get rid of the people who just put up a site and are trying to get a quick dollar.)
