I would group this kind of domain right along with domains like VerisignSucks.Com, MicrosoftSucks.Com, etc. (which have been protected in the past)

In my opinion there wouldn't be a TM issue if you didn't use the mark to make a profit, and carried on with your current use of it.

Here is a link to another "Sucks" related court decision:

The difference here being, this was faught all the way through US courts, not just another UDRP case.

right. The key is on making sure there is not even an appearance of an intent to make profit from this name.

PS: I dont mind if V$ is using Net DNS to make additional profit.
With or without it i am as i am. It doesn't affect me either way.
Ethics? Thats another story. Nowadays business (or any other social) ethics is very low everywhere in the world.
