Splitting a server 1/3. Need third person.

I want to split a server three ways.
1/3 for myself, 1/3 for my parther, 1/3 for you.
Here are the specs.

512MB DDRAM Memory
80GB EIDE Hard Drive
1,000GB Data Transfer
100MBIT connection
Cpanel/WHM
$59/mo no setup $20/mo for Cpanel/WHM
Management will be done by my friend who is a server admin.

So its $79 a month.

Each person gets
330 GB of bandwidth
26B of Hard Drive Space
$26.50 a month each.

They have been in business for less than a year. Prices are a lot more than managed.com

No toll free number


No where on there site listing who they get bandwidth with.
How many providers, where the datacenter is. Connection speed ....
