Thanks to Allabout42 this has been solved.

Do you want it at the bottom of the webpage or the bottom of the browser window? If it's at the bottom of the browser window, then you can do something like this:
http://andrewpeace.com/css-bottom-right-corner-div.html

If you want it across the whole width of the webpage, change the width to 100% and remove the right: 0.
