What company has the $7800 offer on pzp.com? Isn't that price way too high for a 3 letter domain? You have a "? / For Sale" on that colum so I'm not sure what that means.

$7.8k is definitely way high... unless of course that domain found its "owner" ... but then again the other domains with the eye popping winning bids didn't seem all that great either that you just have to wonder how this business never ceases to amaze.

I have a pending sale on znz.com for well below 8k. I'm starting to second guess selling it now. It's like the auction creats a feeding frenzy and people start bidding crazy prices.

Yes but remember somtimes people do not always pay. So for high amounts go escrow

yes escrow would be the way to go for high amounts (and non-verified bidders)... but that feeding frenzy is definitely almost a plus for the seller.. the tensioned nature of bidding lends itself to compulsive buying (or, that is, bidding) which, as long as the buyers pay, can only be good for the seller, where a more thorough and careful assessment may have caused buyers to think twice.

What am i missing here ....most of the names seem to be of dubiousquality at best and seem to have no apparent utility to me.

This bid differences are result of a higher probability that Pool will got it then NW. Currently, Pool is a bit more succesfull than NW...
