Adding "legit" (legitimate) to these domains is essentially saying "there are fake private jets out there, but ours are legit" ...same for vacation rentals, comes off totally wrong branding wise. A car dealership branding themselves "legit cars" ...well obviously, you have to be legit, otherwise you're probably breaking the law

It is unnecessary saying "legit". If anything, it could have the opposite effect if the owner felt it appropriate to do the branding as "legit", that could even raise a red flag (it would for me)

Jhm, I belive your opinion or perspective about these domains and it's good. But if we turn the dice around we would actually see a different thing altogether; let's take for example Namecheap.com, this probably conflicts with what you've stated.

We all know that NameCheap.com is a Domain name Registrar that does exactly what it's domain name/brand proposes; they register domain names cheaply, they are trusted and not just a brand name but a character; known by hundreds of thousands.

In the same way, if we look at LegitPrivateJets.com and LegitVacationRentals.com, they have the same potential. It all depends on the user and it can be redirected to an existing Trusted Brand in order to boost the growth of their business.

In addition, stats shows that many people online are searching for "legit" companies, business and services; e.g. Legit Vacation Rentals, Private Jet Charter, etc; because of the high rise in online fraud or the fear of being scammed.

I believe everyone has his/her own perspectives about a matter, but I am pretty sure that LegitVacationRentals.com and LegitPrivateJets.com are highly valuable assets.

@Chukwuka Nnabugwu Mmm, I have to disagree. Hope you're right about that. A legit private jet? People typically charter these things from established sources, buying is a different matter ...then you come into the market with "legit private jet". This domain just won't fly (no pun intended)

I go back to what I said before: If a business owner finds it appropriate to call something "legit" in his / her own branding, to add some form of credibility / reassurance, this screams scam - I assure you. It does have an opposite effect. Business creates credibility / reassurance by "real doing", not branding it "legit". This mindset is the last thing any business owner wants regarding the brand, even to a portion

If anything, this is what the purpose of reviews are for. The experience of customers, analysis, pros, cons, ratings ...rentalreviews, vacationreviews, jetreviews, in respect of "legit", is somewhat more accepting
