I have the following domain, it has community software running on it atm, site has been up for 4 years but never had time to develop it or monetise it other than google ads

not really, not enough to mention, it is No.1 & No. 2 in google for "Pet Chat" and No. 2 for "Pet Forums"

currently i think you can get low $xxx for the site. The site has potential, and you can make much more if you are ready to put some efforts into it.
