Issue here is its NON plural, as I see it Shri ... also I like the reverse ordering, ie, "BillPay". There is a development potential here, but for re-sale to AN End user, you would need to find that ONE "lead" without an already established "pay bill" online feature. ".ORG" would detract, as well ... but not too badly.
$150 - $175+ for the right ONE potential End user suitor, IMHO. Less in Wholesale.

PayBill.net is a BuyDomains.com "for sale" property.. wonder what they are wanting for the .net?

PayBill.info is a NewZealand site..

I'de offer the name too EDS if I owned it.. appears they did buy the .com and they are "redirecting the traffic" too their core business site.. and they may very well want the .org.
They are HUGE.. and money is no object for EDS..

From the type-in stats, it does look like a name that will sell for $xx-$xxx bucks right off the bat. I have a feeling this is likely to sell for a good chunk-o-change, especially if developed.

I just can't put my finger on the theme/focus of this site. May be I will continue to stare at the blank wall here, and a picture will emerge.
