Order pages help!!

Hi,

www.BuyExpiredDomainTraffic.com has been redesigned!

But now I need the order pages to be finished.

There are 4 order pages.

There are 'order boxes" where you enter your url, amount of visitors, category.
I need the prices to be changed for these. I need the prices to be automatically lowered to my set prices when you buy bigger packages.
You will see that once you click the drop menu for the amount of visitors to buy, the price appears in the price box.

Also, I want a drop menu or a check box in the order box saying 30 day or 7 day rush campaign and if 7 day rush is picked it will automatically add $1.50 cpm(cost per thousand).

These order boxes are linked to paypal and when a customer places an order and the paypal receipt gets sent to me, it must have those detalis so I can set up the campaign.

Details must be:

1. url

2. amount of visitors

3. category

4. geo-target, the white title in the blue header in the order boxes(example: U.S. and Canada Premium Visitors)

5. if it is a 7 day rush campaign or 30 day campaign.

Also, in the order box underneath the "visitors" option, there is a box that is not used for anything. I need this removed.

Note: I do believe this is javascript work.

This should be pretty easy/quick to do if you know what you are doing.

I dont have a huge budget so dont offer me some high price.

Also I need this done in a 2-3 day time frame which should more then enough time.
