What's wrong with people that post this? Do they need the attention or is a domain name forum really the best place to get noticed. Do they not realize that kid's come to the forum

Yes it is a virus, I've seen it in many places before. It installs a file called "iexplorer.exe" into your windows directory and logs all of your keystrokes and webpages. Definately something you want to stay away from.
