I checked out Opencube and it is awesome for creating javascript navbars but unffortunatly I don't have the $$$ to shell out for it...

Does anyone know of any other javascript programs out there that are fairly priced or free???

There are plenty of sites that offer free javascript. Hell...just google it. "free javascript"
