That crossed my mind, but intuit is a dictionary word: to apprehend by intuition and thought that I would be OK w/ it as such. hmm... Trying to think of some other dictionary words that are trademarked. Suppose there are tons. Apple comes to mind. Wonder why a large corp doesn't pop for the $4.95 to cover the bases??

Does .org not have trademark issues? Intuit.org looks like a commerce site and does not appear to be affiliated w/ Intuit Corp.
