Domains for Trade

What about setting up a "Domains for Trade" in marketplace forum? Any opinions?

Yeah, we can have a "trade/swap" section. And you know, some people might not have sufficient fund to keep buying a domain. Thus it might be wise for them to exchange their domains. That way it will please both parties. Most importantly, all infos have to be exchanged before a deal is confirmed. So what do you think?
