Hello!
As of right now, I don't think it's worth very much. About 20% of three-character .org names are still available to register; due to this, the only way you can hope to sell a three-character .org for above reg-fee is if the three characters are meaningful. If they aren't meaningful, why would someone pay above reg-fee for your domain when they could register their own?
For example, I feel that 49k.org makes sense (49k is a term meaning "forty-nine thousand), so I registered it. That doesn't mean I could actually sell it for above reg-fee, but it means I at least have a chance.
Lately, I'm seeing more and more people use .org for personal sites and forums; because of this increase in popularity, and due to the value people find in short, memorable domain names (just look at .com/.net sales), I have no doubt that every three-character .org domain will eventually be registered.
Once it's no longer possible to register new three-character .orgs, any sort of demand for three-character .orgs will have to be met by sellers instead of by new registrations; this gives sellers negotiating room and puts upwards pressure on prices.
As for your domain name, I'm not sure what I'd do. Did you recently register it?
I hope this post was of help to a few of you!
