That last one looks a little long and narly, doesn't it? :o Worthy of your purchase price ... and I think the potential rewards are out there amongst some of these possible End user "leads". Easy negotiations, making for a "Quick Sale" ... $150 - $200+, IMHO. They won't be knocking down your doors for it, but you should take the time to let it be known to them that it's available byu a super cool NP'r.
