my gallery/image folders from 755 to 777?

ok thats clear..how do i do "bulk" chmod? i have 600 over users!!. do i have to do it manually?

you do not chmod users
it is ok if you chmod the "folder/directory" that they will upload the files into

Sounds like your looking to do a recursive chmod.

chmod -R 777 /path/to/dir
