I use to work for a car park company. Carpark space makes perfect sense for any parking company.

Some other thoughts would be appreciated

I would say it can be very nice domain for car parking app in some cities (can show you online where are some free parking spaces)

I do not like very much it is is keyword1keyword2.tld name, as at the moment it is really too soon for them from resale perspective

Something I would like better is

I think it could be a difficult target group. There are not so many car parking ventures in any given city. It's a limited pool of end users to begin with, and they must be open to the idea of using a new extension - good luck with that.
The large groups use brand names eg. EuroPark, (Park 'N Fly in the US), Q-Park (active in the UK and continental Europe). The small outfits will normally use a geodomain like liverpoolcarparking.com/.co.uk or some variation and that's it.

Just to get a sample of the market, I found only 5 reported sales for the keyword 'carpark' (source: Namebio). That confirms my feeling. Not an industry with heavy demand for aftermarket domain names.

So the big players have a brand , and associated .com, and small players have no need for a website - they have land in a busy area and charge £5 per day or whatever. Your end user market is very small on that basis. However, your best bet is one of these small independent car parks may have it, just because advertising they have a website might look "cool". But I personally wouldn't expect big money.

A website to find local nearby spaces would be great, but not sure how viable It is to set up - would need the major players to play ball, and the smaller ones won't have space availability electronically stored.

Personally I do both.

There is no harm to put it to Godaddy, Uni, Afternic, Sedo, Flippa
and fo google research and send few emails to companies.

But as I said, too early for keyword1keyword2.tld new G's ..at the moment only best combos sell.

On the other hand, renewal for
Space is very low at dome registrars like west.xyz, so might be good idea to renew for few years so one is not in hurry. But again, I would consider that only for very gokd combos, here I am not so sure..
