Looking for value on Beirut.cc

Recently I made appraisal on nice keyword in .cc..the extension sells well, but even good keywords can fetch somethink like low XXXX- mid XXXX, only ultra good (and ultra short) are fetching more.
Beirut is capital city, but with this extension it kind of does not really makes sense (no matter how is .cc propagated as other .com). So if some end user from that geo area will want the name, and can accept having in .cc, I would say mid XXX-1-2k..but probability that such a user will appear is rather slim imo.

You might make a separate appraisal for that, as by adding new names in old thread things can get unclear, after some while
