domain Agekey.com & .net (With all the stuff)

I bought long time ago: Agekey.com and .net to devellop an AVS site (Age Verification System to access adult site.)
I am actually planning to sell it, as soon as develloped, with all the stuff included.
This is including:
*)Agekey.com and .net domain names.
*)The TotalAVS Script from Perlcoders (http://www.perlcoders.com/main/scripts.html?script=TotalAVS Pro) - More than 2000 $
*)The whole design and web pages + sources.

Last year, (already 1 year and i didn't develloped it yet ), i was ready to sell it for $3000.
Lately it was appraised between $5k and $8k on another well know domainers forum.
I would like to have the advice of the NPs :D

Given the amount of time of developing and advertising this type of website and its product, I'd say by the time you were finished, you wouldn't want to sell it, IMHO. Getting people to accept your key verification over others at this point will take major financial backing and pull. That said, for the name itself, which is mighty catchy, I'd say low XXX to the wrong person, mid xxxx to the right enduser. :wave:
