at this point i am tired of such sales. how does the buyer rationalize this? how did the seller? there is literally one end user who already had the name in an extremely qualified extension that actually exemplified their product. no capeesh and never will and if I ever had this I would definitely provide clarity on monies justification.

congrats to the buyer and seller! There is a company called Avive Solutions that raised well over $70 million that might be the buyer. Their current domain is avive . life and obviously this is a great upgrade. They are an active company with real revenue too. The description of what they do is "Avive Solutions develops connected automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and emergency response software designed to increase survival rates from sudden cardiac arrest."

one of the exciting things in domaining is the always changing trends and the not knowing when someone with a big budget decides to buy one of your names. look at this .si trend, came out of nowhere and many 4 and 5 figure sales within a week. It's also luck, most domains, even really good ones, will never sell.
