Hello,
I am looking for a long term PHP developer to add to my team. I am an XHTML/CSS developer and need to add your skills to our team. I get lots of request for PHP work and I simply would rather pay you to do them!
If you are interested please PM me and let me know. Please include anything as far as a portfolio if you have one. I will need to prove that you have the skills that you say you do before adding you to my team. I will provide you with a small project to complete if you are interested. This project is not needed and therefore does not pay anything.
However, after successful completion of this project you will be added to my design team and will receive lots of good paying future work!!! If you are interested contact me ASAP. For now I am just going to add one or maybe two PHP Developer's to my team.
Once you contact me and complete the proof of PHP skills assignment you will get lots of work from me.

Because I know most developers don't like to do things 100% completely free, including me, I will donate $50 at the end of this project. In fairness, I believe I will use this project for a personal website and thought it would be a good fit in finding a great PHP Developer to add to my design team. I get lots of great work via some other sites and would love to start bidding on PHP projects as they typically pay well.
