Hello,

My name is Pete and I'm looking for some assistance with my project maritimestorageauction.ca

Currently the site is non-existent, I mean I secured the domain and hosting but the site is weak so the assistance I seek is to take it next level.

I consider myself a blossoming Storage Auction enthusiast. I've been taken back by what I've seen on the new tv show's like Storage Wars and Auction Hunters and I just feel like the time is right to strike with my local flavored idea.

I need a website, an informative website at first. It's content rich on the general topic of Storage Auctions. I've prepared some content in the form of an auction day playbook which will help users prepare themselves for what to expect at a local auction day as well as Storage Auction 101 which is just an informative resource on Storage Auctions in general. I would need links from the homepage for both of these documents. I would need a Twitter feed integration viewable from the home page and Facebook integration. I would need the ability to edit updates to the site in terms of content, new posts, etc. I need a link from the home page that would take users to a directory of local storage companies where you can access they're location information (Google Maps integration hopefully)and contact information. I would need to be able to register users, registered users would gain free access to our message boards/forums, which hopefully will serve as a local market place for local storage auction bidders and the like. As well as a place to share funny story's and pics and ask questions. Registered Users will also have access to a calendar where they can easily view where and when local storage auctions are being held. Non registered users will have to use our directory to locate companies and contact them themselves.

I said I was a blossoming storage auction enthusiast, I want to get involved in the local storage auction scene personally with my best friend as my partner and I'd like to blog about our personal experience, I would like the blog to be separate and will create one myself online but I'd like the two concepts, the informative web site and my personal blog to promote and provide access to each other. If my partner and I are successful at the storage auction game we would hope to have an inventory worthy of featuring in an online store some day, if that's an ebay auction/store integration or our own store front. We plan on specializing in jewelery, antiques and collectibles.

When I mention "local", local to me is the Maritime (Atlantic) provinces of Canada, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and possibly Newfoundland. The area is rich in history and has a thriving antique market. Of course I wouldn't want to have to rely on only local buyers. I personally have family connections to the jewelry industry and hope to use that in honing our specialties.

As you can see the idea is kind of vast but with the talent I'm hoping to find I'm hopeful I can expand frequently. Truly I hope to be able to get something (landing page) to welcome visitors and give them access to some basic content, a basic setup, please provide a quote for a 5 page basic setup.

Down the road, within 6 months I would hope to be in a position to upgrade to something more expansive including some of the features I mentioned previously. Please provide a quote for upgrade opportunity's that I would hope to capitalize on in 6 months.

I hope that I have provided enough information for a quote or two, please let me know if that isn't the case.

Thanks in advance for your time,

Pete Neima
