This is a warning about the namepros member VisionEdger http://www.namepros.com/members/26714.html. This person was parking some domains with us and was issued a chargeback by our upstream provider. This person complained on namepros and our internal ticket system about us not paying him, but we hadn't been paid ourselves. So I decided to do some investigating.
Almost every one of his clicks in a two month period were from the same two ip addresses everyday. He had logged into his account with us at least once with one of the ip addresses that he was also clicking out on his domains.
I checked a few of his highest revenue domains from the previous month (March 2013) to see if they had been banned by Google for click fraud and a few of them had. But I also noticed that most of them were not in his account anymore. I originally assumed he had more accounts, but then I found that he had been selling the domains on namepros.
Based on the facts, the person was clicking on their own domains, they were then selling the domains on namepros, then our upstream provider was determining that the domains were bad because of the click fraud and banning the domains. So ultimately the new owner of the domain was out the money they paid for a domain that didn't have any legitimate traffic and now the domain is banned because of the original click fraud as well.
This is just my experience with this person.
