Domainsponsor.com changed my account to 'NO PAY' without reason

Domainsponsor.com did not pay me on time again,

They owed me $XXXX

They changed my account to 'NO PAY' without reason.
In fact, This is not the first time they did that on my account, they did the same thing in 2009. [The old post in 2009 ]

I send them more than 3 e-mail since 11 Mar 2011, but still have not got any reply from them...

Any Domainsponsor staff in here can help me ?
