I received the following e-mails and they look like an appraisal scam by whoever owns elitehost.net:

Hi,
I was wondering if you got this domain name appraised yet? I am in the domain name business (I buy and sell domains all the time) and I am very interested in this domain name, however, I am a little skeptical about putting in an offer without a certified appraisal. I am really considering this domain name, so would you be able to get the domain appraised? I am willing to work something out with you. What I normally end up doing is offering the seller 20-25% less of what the domain was appraised at so I can profit when I resell it.
I dont really trust many domain appraisers out there because they are always really off (they are automated -- most are that is). I deal with this one appraisal company all the time and they ar actually done by a human and they are cheap in price!
If you are interested, here is the appraisal link:

Let me know--thanks.

Hi there,
I was interested in purchasing the domain name listed in the subject line. I saw that you had it listed for sale.
How much were you looking to get?
Thanks.
