This is a direct email to Bob Parsons regarding the incident.

Namepros Member ImMike was paid in full from ourselves on the domain Hacked.cc .. We now have a domain missing and loose at godaddy that was stolen via a hacked / stolen credit card / paypal purchase and Godaddy and even the supervisors on staff refuse to do anything about this..

Dear Mr Parsons.. I aquired a domain name Hacked.cc from a namepros.com member in the namepros official auction on Friday. Today someone offered to buy it and it hadn't yet been pushed from mike@xxxx.ca to myself billing@urbandata.com ... Instead I resold it for 125.00 to the godaddy account elliot.leee@gmail.com .. he paid via paypal and the domain was pushed.. 5 minutes later we get an email from paypal stating
What's below. He paid for the domain using stolen credit card and now our domain is sitting in an account at godaddy. 2 people at godaddy refused to retrieve it for us and give it to the rightfull owners and we are about to post this whole incident on www.namepros.com and others very shortly as well as an alert on www.urbandata.com about godaddy's refusal to return stolen property when it's clearly sitting at the registrar. We will also file a complaint with icann and media via a press release. We have plenty of proof. Bob please do the right thing and push the domain Hacked.cc to billing@urbandata.com or back to mike@xxxx.ca and ban the user elliot.leee@gmail.com

Not much i can do unfortunately I suppose this is one of the pitfalls of the domain biz...i've had it for sale scince registration with little interest...no wonder the buyer was so anxiouse to get the domain from me as quick as possible...he only received the domain after the auction had finished you see.

I have recently had the same issue with this person. I was approached here at Namepros.com by a member named JuanP. He wanted to purchase 15 of my domain names. We agreed on a price and he sent funds via Paypal. I saw that the funds had arrived and I pushed the domains to his email address: eliot.leee@gmail.com

Our agreement was for $900. He sent two different transfers via paypal. One for $400 the other for $500.

I immediately went out and withdrew $400 cash at an ATM with my Paypal debit card.

The next morning I received the same email as the other member from Paypal. I now have a -$400 balance in my paypal account. I have been charged several times from my bank for NSF charges because I have subscriptions that came due from Paypal. Paypal would see negative funds in my account and charge my bank account for the negative balance AND the subscription amount. I have now lost my hosting account because of a cancelled subscription due to non-payment and a few other accounts I have had with a paypal subscription.

Paypal is doing it's investigation and should be finished in another week or two.

Now, the buyer, tsM bought the domain from me for $40, i sent him the domain name on Friday at 10:50pm GMT+1 The domain was then sold to UD . Yesterday, i get a pm from paulv telling me that he had bought the domain for $125.

New Update.. Noah at GoDaddy President's office refuses to do anything iincluding pushing the name back into the account it came from even.. Told us to file an invalid whois.. (Uh that was done on day 1) ... GoDaddy know's the name is stolen.. along with others in the account.. and refuses to do anything..

You should have realized this guy is a fraud soon after he talked like that, and he should be arrested for harrassment and abuse.
