The general rule is that hyphens lower the value of a domain or brand significantly.
In .com some domainers believe that hyphens might soon be a good investment opportunity, however sales do not yet support that.
I'd suggest to new domainers to keep their hyphen .com portfolio under 2% of their total portfolio size, and only buy keyword combinations that either usually have a hyphen or are an industry killer domain.
For example world-famous.com and also part-time.com are naturally hyphenated.
And shop-cheaper.com and sell-work.com are examples of fairly strong use cases.
Soon as you move to other extensions the value drops to just about zero.
With other languages like German with the .de extension being an exception.
In short, both of the above names you're choosing between would make poor investments or brand choices. You should strongly consider something else.
Perhaps consider speaking to a domain or branding specialist.
Good luck
PS: if I HAD to choose between the two domains, I'd go with the .org myself.
